COC is the brainstorm of 3 food lovers. Usually when we eat a shawarma in the shops we tend to get more cabbage or other veggies. We have tried shawarma around the world and each country has infused their favorite veggies into their shawarma.

But we were craving for a shawarma that is made up of only meat and no veggies. So we thought why not open a shop that has only full meat shawarma and no veggies at all.

That is why we have named it as COC, which can be elaborated as Chicken & Only Chicken.
